I am no longer unemployed

No, I did not find a job. However, yesterday marked the end of my search. I am now entirely focused on the Lemonade Project: my impending move back to Switzerland.

I came to the American continent in 1977 and lived in Ontario Canada until 1986 when I moved to Portland, Oregon. I love Oregon, I love Portland, my neighborhood, my house, my community, my friends, my life style. However, after looking for work for 8 months it's time to move on. On January 27 I will fly to Switzerland to go live in my father's apartment in Zuoz, in south-eastern Switzerland.

My family has vacationed in Zuoz since 1965. The apartment, the town, the valley, all are filled with good memories. This is the place on earth where I am the most happy - and this will be my home for the next few months.

I don't know what I'll do there. I don't know when I'll return to Portland, and I don't know what I'll do when I return. I definitely do want to come back to Portland - which is the reason I am renting out my house rather than selling it.

I am still looking for a renter - do you now someone who is looking for a place? It's in the SW, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, recently remodeled, great schools, on 3 bus lines, raised garden beds.
